We’re passionate about developing more housing in our region and addressing the growing affordability crisis. And we’re keen to build further afield. Because we know the housing crisis is bigger than our local area.

That’s why we now work with Bristol City Council to help provide more affordable homes in a city where there are so few. While staying true to the demands of our local development programme.

Castle Park View, Bristol

A landmark 26-storey residential tower in central Bristol, Castle Park View, continues our geographical expansion into Bristol to help solve the UK housing crisis. The project sees five partners working together including Linkcity, Homes England, Bristol City Council, M&G Real Estate and Yarlington Housing Group. Bouygues UK is the main contractor and the development has been designed by architects Chapman Taylor.

We will provide 75 homes consisting of one, two and three bedroom properties - 58 for affordable rent and 17 for Shared Ownership. The entire development will provide a total of 375 homes in the city and will include Bristol’s tallest residential tower.
