We’re passionate about developing more housing in our region and addressing the growing affordability crisis. And we’re keen to build further afield. Because we know the housing crisis is bigger than our local area.

That’s why we now work with Bristol City Council to help provide more affordable homes in a city where there are so few. While staying true to the demands of our local development programme.

Wyndham Park, Yeovil

A development featuring 19 shared ownership homes comprising a combination of one, two and three bedroom properties.

Due for completion: June 2019

Yarlington Housing Developments - Saxon Fields

Saxon Fields, Tiverton Road, Cullompton

We started to develop this Devon site in winter 2016. The fifty S106 properties we will take ownership of here will provide affordable homes to the local community. The tenancies will be split between shared ownership and social rent.

Filwood Park, Bristol

We have secured 26 shared ownership plots on this site, due to grant funding received from Homes England who own the freehold, and who have granted Barratt Developments a development lease. These homes will be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.

Vicarage Fields, Wells, Somerset

A development of eight shared ownership homes with a choice of either one or three bedrooms.

North East Quadrant, Poundbury, Dorset

A selection of 27 rented and 16 shared ownership homes situated in the Poundbury development in Dorchester. Poundbury itself has been built on land owned by the Duchy of Cornwall with a focus to create an integrated community of private and social houses including shops and businesses.

Patch Meadows, Ricksey Park, Somerton

We’re taking on 53 homes at this large development, under the S106 agreement. 35 will be for social rent. 18 shared ownership.

Due for completion: Handover will be phased between October 2018 and September 2020
