In April 2017 we launched our Yarlington Next-Gen corporate strategy which will run to 2021. Its overall aim? To help solve the housing crisis and set the tone for an ambitious new era, following a period of significant change for our sector.
Three key objectives lay the foundations for Next-Gen. They depend on each other equally:
- To serve our 23,000 customers in the most economic, efficient and effective manner.
- To significantly increase the number of new homes we provide.
- To implement a new service and operating model, consistent with the needs of our customers.
We'll continue to focus on our Next-Gen objectives. Building more homes. Developing and improving the way we communicate and interact with our customers. And refining our new service and operating model.
It’s an exciting time for us. We’ll keep forging ahead to a bright future by expanding our reach into new areas. And going the extra mile. In this way, we’ll keep doing all we can to help solve the housing crisis.
