The weekly rent is £8.00. Four weeks rent is required in advance at sign up which is £32.00 and a deposit of 8 weeks rent £64.00 is required leaving a total payment of £96.00 required at sign up. The deposit is refundable upon meeting the Tenancy Termination Conditions. Garages will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, but we can put applicants on the waiting list for future vacancies. All future payments will be expected to be made by Direct Debit.

If there are any other debts owed to Yarlington Housing Group then you will be expected to terminate the garage, as priority should be given to any other debt. Failure to pay garage rent will result in repossession of the garage and the loss of any deposit. Should you find yourself in garage rent arrears, advice is available from the Incomes Team.
