Repairs and maintenance

Yarlington Property Management is the central point of reporting  for all repairs, and a dedicated administrative team handle and process the work.

As well as reporting a repair by e-mail, you can contact us on 01935 415202. This phone line is open from 8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am-4.30pm Friday for all general repairs enquiries. For ease of use, this same telephone number is used for out of hours emergency repairs.

Our staff will be happy to give you help and guidance on any aspect of repairing and maintaining your home. You can also refer to your Repairs and Maintenance handbook which can be downloaded.

In addition to repairs Yarlington Property Management are also the first point of call for Planned, Horticultural and Cyclical servicing enquiries.
