There is a range of focus groups now operating which give you an opportunity to have a say in many matters concerning your home and environment. We recognise the importance of involving our residents and through these groups we form a partnership which helps to improve the housing service by exchanging information and ideas.
For instance you could participate in a group that helps to design new homes or become part of the editorial panel for the house magazine.
