We own and manage almost 9,000 properties from Devon to Sedgemoor, and, working closely with local authorities, we are one of the leaders in developing and managing affordable homes to rent in the South West.  We also provide Government-funded schemes offering people the chance to get their first step on the property ladder and buy their own home.

Yarlington Housing Group is a not for profit organisation, based in Yeovil. The company was originally formed in 1999 as South Somerset Homes before rebranding to Yarlington Housing Group in 2009.
